Before & After Remodel Gallery
Super Size Me
Renovated a cramped, oddly shaped kitchen with diagonal peninsulas. Almost doubled the size of the kitchen by removing a wall and incorporating adjacent dining room. The expansion accommodated a new island, 48" 8-burner stove, and column refrigerator and freezer set - 33" each. Removed the soffit ceiling. And elongated the window creating a better view of the back yard. Love the quartz countertop and travertine backsplash!

Neglected to Welcoming
After years of neglect, the house was abandoned. The home was in such disrepair, utilities could not be turned on. Everything is new in this kitchen! The stove was moved to the opposite wall. The refrigerator was moved further down the row. New flooring. New pendant lighting. The wall that separated the kitchen was removed creating an open and welcoming feel.

Small changes — Big Impact
No cabinets were replaced savings of many many thousands. The wall cabinets were painted white. The island cabinets were painted a country blue. New flooring was needed due to water damage. The new flooring was a lighter tones. The beam was sanded and stained to match the new floor color. New countertops, faucet, and door / drawer pulls. The backsplash is now a beautiful focal point and everything matches wonderfully.

Let in the light
Hallway bath of fair size but a bit out dated and not the open feel that is so trendy today. Removed the top half of the side shower wall to make a half wall - so the shower will now have natural light coming in. Moved the shower head and faucets to the opposite wall. Brighter and more welcoming.
