Kitchen Before & After Gallery
Super Size Me
Renovated a cramped, oddly shaped kitchen with diagonal peninsulas. Almost doubled the size of the kitchen by removing a wall and incorporating adjacent dining room. The expansion accommodated a new island, 48" 8-burner stove, and column refrigerator and freezer set - 33" each. Removed the soffit ceiling. And elongated the window creating a better view of the back yard. Love the quartz countertop and travertine backsplash!

Neglected to Welcoming
After years of neglect, the house was abandoned. The home was in such disrepair, utilities could not be turned on. Everything is new in this kitchen! The stove was moved to the opposite wall. The refrigerator was moved further down the row. New flooring. New pendant lighting. The wall that separated the kitchen was removed creating an open and welcoming feel.

Small changes — Big Impact
No cabinets were replaced savings of many many thousands. The wall cabinets were painted white. The island cabinets were painted a country blue. New flooring was needed due to water damage. The new flooring was a lighter tones. The beam was sanded and stained to match the new floor color. New countertops, faucet, and door / drawer pulls. The backsplash is now a beautiful focal point and everything matches wonderfully.

Gray area can be good
A kitchen remodel with gray cabinets. A sophisticated upgrade that is modern and calming. Swapped the stove and sink making it easier to use the dishwasher and a view from the sink. Added all the modern trends — recessed lighting, open shelves, microwave in lower cabinet, beautiful vent hood. Also new flooring and quartz counter tops.

Structural Changes
This home had a load bearing wall separating the kitchen / dining from the living room. Also had a ceiling. The home owner wanted to fully open the space. We have a great structural engineer that makes detailed plans and instructions for structural changes. In this instance, a large beam was needed. And special equipment to support the load until the new support beam was in place. But a beautiful open feel was the result!
